
The aim of the research group AMICUSS (American Interdisciplinary Cultural StudieS) is to establish links between Spain and the United States from social and cultural perspectives: linguistic and historical links, from an educational and cultural programs-based approach; mobility between the two countries contributing to the establishment of highly culture-influenced knowledge, support, and leadership networks; diplomatic relations; mutual social and cultural influence from a Cultural Studies perspective; as well as the collaboration with the Science and Technology areas.
The group's work in the fields of relations and links between the United States and Spain is essential to strengthening the development and mutual understanding of both geographical areas in the near future.
