
She holds a Ph.D. in Contemporary History from the Complutense University of Madrid. Her research focuses on cultural studies—specifically, the comic book industry—U.S. history, social movements, identities, and gender.
Among her publications are “El cómic como propaganda anticomunista durante la Guerra Fría (1947-1960),” published in Historia y Comunicación Social, and “El ecologismo protesta contra Industrias Stark,” featured in CuCo. Cuadernos del Cómic.
She is also a member of the Asociación Grupo Kollontai, dedicated to the dissemination of women's history.
