Seminario COIL (Collaborative Online International Learning)

On behalf of Instituto Franklin-UAH, in partnership with Northern Illinois University College of Education, you are invited to attend COIL (Collaborative Online International Learning) Seminar on Bilingual Education. Sessions will be held virtually throughtout the fall semester.

The virtual seminar is designed for Education students and aspiring professionals.

Session 1 – Overview of U.S. and Spain Educational Systems, September 21st at 7 pm Madrid time zone/ 12.00 am Illinois time zone.
Session 2 – The World of Bilingual Education: Teaching in Multilingual Classrooms, October 26th at 7 pm Madrid time zone/ 12.00 am Illinois time zone.
Session 3 – Multiculturalism and Interculturality, November 16th at 7 pm Madrid time zone/ 12.00 am Illinois time zone.

These interactive sessions will be held via Zoom. In order to login to the session, please register by filling out the form linked here. For Teach and Learn in Spain students, belonging to any of the specified programs in the form is not necessary; in order to fulfill the form, choose any of them.
