
The Master in Global Intercultural Education offers a theoretical and practical framework in which students can learn and apply different concepts and ideas about intercultural education. Identify future trends of international education that will affect this area of study, and promote the use of different teaching methodologies and classroom practices for a more culturally diverse population.
It is addressed to any graduate student or holder of a Bachelor’s Degree granted anywhere in the world, with a high level of English. This master’s degree will be taught in English, so it is mandatory that students have a good command of the language accredited with a TOEFL test score of 80-90, and personal video and/or interview.
The program is divided into five courses that cover the essential aspects of intercultural education such as; International Education and Comparison of Education Models, Management and Leadership in International Schools, Teaching Methods and Theories of Learning, Classroom Management and Behavior, and Curriculm Design. Students will also do a Life Experience Portfolio or Internship, and a Master´s Thesis.
