Visiones ecocríticas del mar en la literatura
Visiones ecocríticas del mar en la literatura, fourth volume of the CLYMA collection, deals with the analysis of various perspectives of the sea in the literature. The book has been divided into four clearly differentiated sections. The first, focused on literary study and critical analysis, includes essays that show the sea as the abyss or the sea as death and life. The second aims to bring us closer to the views of those cultures that have been less studied, or even marginalized, in order for us to better understand their relationship with the sea. In the third, with clear connotations of environmental awareness, the consequences of not being aware of the chaos into which it is plunging, our planet and the relevance of the waters are exposed. And the fourth focuses on writing and translation processes, because, after all, this is where everything begins. Thanks to these two processes, the reader can get closer to the literature of the sea. Each and every one of these visions will serve to enrich our knowledge of the sea a little more.
