Inspired by the idea of return on investment and the distribution of funds in the educational field, this project arises from a series of approaches related to the best allocation of funds in the different schools that make up the public school system. The author claims that investing in teachers would generate a return on investment. To demonstrate this, she has carried out an in-depth analysis of the quality and quantity of training and professional development of teachers who are part of the current bilingual program in the Community of Madrid. Through questionnaires and analysis, this book conducts extensive research with the aim of evaluating teacher training programs as well as measuring the level of professional development of teachers in different bilingual primary schools.
