Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Sciences by the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and Postgraduate Studies in Management by INSEAD and IESE.

She is the President of HP for Southern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, and the President and CEO of HP Spain. In this capacity, she is a member of the Board of Trustees of Fundación Cotec para la Innovación, Fundación Princesa de Girona, the CEOE Business Action Council, and the Spain-US Council. 

She is Vice President of the American Chamber of Commerce in Spain (AmChamSpain) and a member of the Board of Directors of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce. She is also a member of the Board of Directors of Gas Natural Fenosa, Chair of the Sustainability Committee and a member of the Audit and Control Committee of the Board of Directors of Naturgy, a member of the Audit and Compliance Committee of the Board of Directors of Mutua Madrileña, a member of the Board of Directors of the American Business Council, a member of the Board of Trustees of the Junior Achievement Foundation, and a member of the Governing Council and the Monitoring Committee of the Atlantic-Cooper Chair in Metallic Mining and Metallurgy.

She has served as President of Fundación I+E Innovación España (2012-2023), a member of the Governing Council of APD (FECHA), and a member of the Board of Directors of Netmentora Madrid (2018-2023).

She was named “Executive of the Year 2013” ​​by both Ejecutivos magazine and FEDEPE, “Woman Manager 2015” by Fundación Madrid Woman’s Week, and received the Professionalism Award from the Asociación de Empresas y Profesionales de Valencia (EVAP).
