Description: We live in a world increasingly competitive, full of uncertainties and challenges which affect the dynamics of the organization, mainly because of the impact of globalization and new technologies. This changing environment requires new mind maps and skills, as well as innovative ideas to understand and contain these transformations. The aim of this seminar is to present the transformational leadership of women in business and politics, ending with an analysis of the figure of Hillary Clinton and US elections. Traditional models are outdated and cannot explain the complexity of today's systems. This theoretical and practical two-day seminar will address these issues from the psychodynamic model:

1. We will explore how emotions affect the organization’s culture
2. We will identify the problems and offer solutions to empowerment without being authoritarian
3. We will work under the surface, so that the latent becomes conscious.

Language of the Seminar: Spanish Program: Workshops, conferences and round tables themes and speakers will be announced in the program next February 22^nd, 2016. Participants: The seminar is aimed at anyone who wants to develop a modern leadership and experience another way of working, in particular women in management, human resources, mentors or coaches.
