Instituto Franklin-UAH, a reference center for US politics in Spain
Following the recent indictment of former U.S. President Donald Trump and his appearance in court last Tuesday, April 4th, the Instituto Franklin de la Universidad de Alcalá has positioned itself as a center of reference and consultation in the media coverage of current political events in the United States through numerous interviews and opinion articles by researchers of the Instituto Franklin-UAH in the press, radio and television.
The media appearances of our researchers have covered this event by analyzing Trump's current position in the political and social landscape and providing an overview of the current political situation in the United States. Likewise, in their contributions to the media, they presented their forecasts on the possibility of the continuation of the former president's political career, exploring possible scenarios in the run-up to the 2024 presidential election.
One of the missions of the Instituto Franklin-UAH is to serve as a forum for the analysis and promotion of topics related to North America, specifically the United States, which is carried out through different publications, such as Tribuna Norteamericana and the blog Diálogo Atlántico, and the organization of events on different topics related to North America.
